Need help with identifying weird cards.

    Hello! A few years ago I went shopping for some Japanese trading cards and while I got a few good ones I also bought two odd looking cards. The lady at the shop sold both of them to me for a dollar and they're obviously not normal trading cards. Despite that I want to see if anyone can help me identify where they come from. Thanks!

    Is there any copyright information anywhere on them? I don't see any in the photos you've posted.
     
    There doesn't appear to be any copyright on the Pikachu card or the one with the Vaporeon. There might be one on the Vaporeon card in Japanese but the Pikachu card has no writing other than the "Power 3000" on the front.
