Need help with manga

    My friend (firefly) and I are making a manga and need some good ideas of what it should be about. Any ideas, so we know what people would like to read about. PLEASE WE'RE DUMB! thanx :D
     
    Hmm, anything? Well, it's best to make a decision on that before you start planning on anything else. ^_^; Maybe you could tell us what you plan on the target age group being. That would level out a lot of things, and make deciding on the plot much easier. Any kind of adult/older stuff, like cursing, etc...?
     
    14-19yrs old targeting age, some cursing, some "love" stuff (not bad) lol, and as far as the location goes we have a few options:1) Hollywood,2)New York,3)Japan,4)Omish place(firefly's idea), 5)Germany.And if there are any other suggestions, please let us know. And for the location you can tell us a plot idea you have and well share some of ours.And we don't care if sounds stupid. Stupid ideas have funny results.
     
    What I normaly do look at some items, then pick a couple, and then that's how I find how to make my manga. Or I read a couple stories and just put little details from the story and mix them together.

    I hope I made sense.
     
    Well, what genre do you want it to have? Action? romace? sci-fi? it all depends on the genre...and what measurements are you going to be useing for it? Depends are you doing it at 30.dpi or 40?
     
    Then i'd say maybe something like lupin or monkey punch or gto t***se are funny

    As for story you say you want comedy, but not what type there are hundreds of types of it...and since I dont know wqhat dpi your working at it's kinda hard to give any ideas.

    Monkey i think dpi is dots per inch but i could be wrong and i think you need to be more specific on what you mean by haha comedy ok?
     
    I don't know what kind of comedy we want... and isn't most comedy haha :laugh: what kind do we want...you should know the kind
     
    Are you basing it on an original idea, or a previously existing one...that is, is it basically a fan work?
     
    It is going to be original but basicly what we are looking for right now are random thoughts or what is something you think would be funny or what would you like to see in it don't worry if it is totally out there because most of what we have right now is too.
     
    So you need a plot...okay, here's something off the top of my head;
    Someone has amnesia,(male or female) and their memory is slowly coming back to them. While they try to live a normal life, after giving up on finding out how their life used to be, a whole...thing is playing out around them, with the people that they were very close to or closely associated with (think criminal activities), and their totally oblivious to it. The people they used to know are trying frantically to find them for some reason very important to those people but not to this person with amnesia...just fill in the blanks and there you go!
    I'm writing a fanfic with a similiar story line.
