Need Help With Pokemon Y Team

I'm playing Pokemon Y version and I'm starting to have some trouble in Frost Cavern
My Current Team is

- Greninja(Amulet Coin,Torrent,46,Timid)
-Surf
-Round
-Smack Down
-Water Shuriken

-Charizard(Charizardite Y,Blaze,45,Serious)
-Flame Burst
-Dragon Rage
-Fly
-Slash

-Lucario(Lucarionite,Steadfast,45,Hasty)
-Power-Up Punch
-Swords Dance
-Aura Sphere
-Bone Rush

My biggest problem are Throw which can OHKO my Greninja and Lucario and 2 hit my Charizard with Rock Slide or Rock Tomb. If anyone has some suggestions for moves or pokemon can you please tell me. Thanks.

On your Greninja, you should replace Round with another move, like Extrasensory.

On your Charizard, you should replace Dragon Rage and Slash with different moves, like Dig or Shadow Claw.

As for Pokemon suggestions, I'd suggest a Psychic or a Fairy type, like Sigilyph, Reuniclus, Exeggutor, Gardevoir, Florges, or Sylveon.

Also I'm trying to make my Charizard a special attacker. Fly is only there for HM purposes

If you want to make your Charizard a special attacker, you should replace Slash with Solarbeam. Normally I'd advise against that move, but Mega Charizard Y gets Drought, which makes Solarbeam good.

Also, you should replace Dragon Rage with something like Air Slash. You can learn Air Slash by going to the Move Relearner in Dendemille Town, and giving her a Heart Scale. Or is Dragon Rage there for catching Pokemon?

Dragon Rage and Slash are just there as fillers. I'm going to teach Charizard Air Slash but I don't know how to get solarbeam.

I beat the 8th gym leader and I'm about to do victory road once I get reuniclus leveled up

This is my team right now I have a HM slave for victory road already. Also if you know a place for me to train my Reuniclus can you please tell me I'm in the Battle Chateau.

Charizard can learn Solarbeam by using TM22, which can be found on Route 21.

As for your Reuniclus, you can train it on Route 18, or in the Terminus Cave. But when a Durant shows up, you should either run, or use one of your other Pokemon to defeat it.
