    Hello,

After four years of not playing Pokemon, I decided it would be fun to do so again.
This week, I started replaying Platinum on my original DS, assuming I would be able to transfer the Pokemon I got there to Black on my 3DS.
When I noticed Nintendo WFC being gone, I started wondering if it's still possible to make that transfer, and that's why I'm asking you guys.
Mind you, after not playing for a few years I might just be missing something obvious, but the "guides" on internet aren't very clear to me and might be outdated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Poo-Smurf

Make sure you have wireless communications on before starting Black!

In Black, go to the Poke Transfer Lab off Route 15. Talk to the clerk up the stairs there, and they'll ask you if you want to transfer Pokemon, and that you have a second DS system to use. Say yes, and the clerk will bring you in (after you save the game and launch wireless communications).

For the second DS, go to DS Download Play, and the DS will automatically bring up the Poke Transfer software. Select that to download it, and that will bring up the option to transfer your Pokemon over.

You don't need the Nintendo WFC for this, since it's all local communications.
