Can you be more specific? Which hacks are you looking to download? In most cases, you'll need to contact the creator of the hack as to the status on it.
 
Have a look for a download on the 'Hacks Showcase' threads and some of the 'Progressing Hacks' ones too.

Most of these downloads are patches - which can be played quite easily once you have a clean version of the ROM. I'm afraid you'll need to find those yourself as linking to and sharing ROMs is not allowed.
