You should go to PokéCommunity's ROM Hacking Hub, and ask in the "EMULATION Questions thread". :)

To start off, you can check out the how to patch tutorial to get your hack patched and ready to be played. Following up on that if you're confused on emulators and anything related to emulation just ask in the Emulation Questions Thread that GreenFlame linked you to above. :) Good luck!
