I don't think you can trade Mega stones. Also, the Salamencite isn't available in Pokémon x and y.

You can trade Mega Stones if they're attached to a Pokemon, but be wary that some Mega Stones introduced in OR/AS can't be traded to X/Y due to the coding not existing.
