So I've been playing Pokemon Showdown with my team..And we're pretty decent overall, but nothing Spectacular, you know..

So my team needs some fixings...I have a Normal monotype team. They are:

Kangaskhan, Exploud, Porygon-Z, Snorlax, Cinccinno, and Staraptor.

Now, I love Kangaskhan, Exploud, Porygon-Z and Snorlax..I'm new to Staraptor, but I'm not quite feeling Cinccino's performance..She's good with her Skill Link..But she can only take up to two hits, and that's not so good..

So, although I think her Skill Link ability is awesome...I think I should get a better pokemon..But who..?

And although I KNOW they're not always "Uber", I refuse to use any legendaries on my monotype team. So if you have any cool suggestion's on who I should replace Cinccino with - that isn't a legendary, that would be awesome..Thank you..

Movesets for each Pokemon would be appreciated.

Anyway, here are the ideal sets for each:
    -Fake Out/Power-Up Punch
    -Return
    -Earthquake/Crunch
    -Sucker Punch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Kangaskhanite
    Ability: Scrappy

    Exploud:

Staraptor is a wall breaker with Choice Band and a neat revenge killer with Choice Scarf. Reckless powers up its recoil moves by 20%, giving Staraptor plenty of power. However, it's vulnerable to Stealth Rock, and given the lack of Normal Rapid Spinners outside of Smeargle (it has better things to do than that), it's tough to use, really. However, if you can give it a try, by all means, go ahead:
    -Double-Edge
    -Brave Bird
    -Close Combat/Final Gambit
    -U-turn
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Band
    Ability: Reckless

As for a potential Cincinno replacement, you can go with Ditto (who can revenge kill opposing offensive Pokemon with Imposter), Kecleon (whose Protean gives it STAB on all moves it uses) or Diggersby (as a stronger, not as frail alternative):

    Ditto:
    -Transform
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Imposter

    Kecleon:
    -Knock Off
    -Drain Punch
    -Sucker Punch
    -Rock Slide/Ice Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Protean

    Diggersby:
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Knock Off/Wild Charge
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack
    -Knock Off/Fire Punch
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Huge Power
