    Just a piece of advice..

    Didn't you have the Mystery Egg from Prof. Elm? Knowing that you are looking for a Togetic, you might have not probably evolved your Togepi. I suggest that you can just max out Togepi's happiness* to make it evolve.

    *Walking 256 steps
    Leveling it up
    Giving it Medicines like Protein, Carbos, Calcium, Iron, etc.

    For the Togekiss, if I can remember correctly, you can get a SHINY STONE from Pokeathlon.

    thanks, but i already know it, however it not helping because i traded my togepi away, and now i prefer to get togetic from trade and not togepi and evolve it, i hate to evolve pokemon who needs max happiness to evolve ;-;
