Guys I need suggestion on what do I need to change to make this team perfect especially to counter that mega pinsir who usually sweeps me after a sticky web setup by garvantula

If you're using a Choice Band set on Victini, it's better to use more physical moves on it. They're going to hit way harder than any of it's special attacks due to attack EVs+Band. Victini has V-Create and Zen Headbutt, so use those in place of Blue Flare and Psychic.

Sacred Fire, Bulldoze, and Assault Vest are all alternative options for Entei over Flare Blitz, Shadow Ball, and Life Orb, respectively.

Darmanitan is really frail, making it extremely difficult to activate Zen Mode safely, especially without any defensive EVs. So you'll wanna either take that Scarf off of Darmanitan and change its EVs to a defensive spread, or give it Sheer Force so it smashes **** even harder.

Mega Charizard X is fine as is (just change the nature to Adamant, no need to use Naughty when you're running all physical attacks). You could consider using Mega Zard Y for the sun to increase your STAB damage and weaken enemy Water attacks, as well as a Ground immunity.

While base 90 Attack isn't bad, it's also not earth-shattering and investing in it probably isn't the best option for Heatran when it has better Sp.Attack. So you can either put those Attack EVs into Speed, or change Heatran to a completely different set of:

    -Heatran w/Leftovers or Air Balloon
    Nature: Calm/Quiet
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 248 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Sp.Attack
Moves: Lava Plume, Protect, Stealth Rock, Toxic/Earth Power

For an offensive Heatran, Earth Power > Earthquake in this case. Iron Head should still hit Fairies hard enough since most of them have not so good Defense. Dragon Pulse or Hidden Power Ice are alternatives to Hidden Power Water to hit Dragons, who would otherwise wall Heatran's other moves, more or less.

And for Volcarona.....using Attack EVs and a -Sp.Attack nature on a Pokemon with no physical attacks and 2 special attacks makes no sense. And while Quick Claw sounds nice, Volcarona has a decent Speed stat and can increase it with Quiver Dance. That and Quick Claw will probably never activate when you want it to, due to the laws of hax. Better sets imo would be:

    -Volcarona w/Life Orb
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    Ability: Flame Body/Swarm
    EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz/Hidden Power Ground, Fiery Dance/Fire Blast, Giga Drain

    or

    -Volcarona w/Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Abiltiy: Flame Body/Swarm
    EVs: 248 HP, 136 Defense, 124 Speed
Moves: Roost, Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance/Fire Blast, Bug Buzz/Giga Drain

The unfortunate thing with a mono-Fire team is that it's weak to Stealth Rock and Spikes, but the only Rapid Spinner I can think of is like Torkoal.

Also, Belly Drum and Choice Band Azumarill eats your team for breakfast, but I'm not sure what can be done about that.....

To condense what Zekrom said, Victini is better off using physical moves when holding Choice Band:
    -V-Create
    -Bolt Strike
    -U-turn
    -Zen Headbutt/Brick Break
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band

Zen Mode is a terrible ability, really. Not only does Darmanitan lose its amazing Attack when it goes Zen, but its Zen Mode's excellent bulk is outright wasted by having to be at 50% or less HP to maintain. Rock Slide is also preferred over Stone Edge, as it benefits from Sheer Force, is more accurate and has more PP:
    -Flare Blitz
    -U-turn
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Band/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sheer Force

A Naughty nature is pointless on Charizard X, as it doesn't use special moves at all:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw
    -Roost/Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 96 HP/252 SAtk/160 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Flare Blitz/Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw/Earthquake
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/180 SDef/80 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake/Substitute
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Tailwind
    -Flare Blitz
    -Outrage
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Why would you use a Quiet nature on Heatran, really?

    Anyway, additional Heatran sets here:
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Earth Power/Flamethrower
    -Stone Edge/Ancient Power
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Flash Cannon/Earth Power/Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 12 HP/252 SAtk/244 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon

    or
    -Magma Storm
    -Earth Power
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon

Hmm k thanks zekrom and platinum dude, I appreciate help from both of you and will try to look at the suggestions you gave me and yes I guess physical moves on victini would be better as choice band increases attack, and mega char x nature will also be changed to adamant and yeah heatran sets sounded wrong to me also as I didn't made it, I got it from a guy at main, I will try my best to do all suitable changes :)
