Moving this thread to the main forum, because this team is for competitive battling. I wanted to say that Swampert is UU, so it can't be used in NU or any tier lower than UU for that matter. Quagsire is a good replacement, but it doesn't learn Stealth Rock. You have SR on Shuckle though, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Before I rate, I just want to point out that after you max out 2 of your Pokemon's stats with EVs, you have 4 left over, so you can put those last 4 anywhere you want.

As Wolflare pointed out, Swampert is a UU Pokemon, not an NU one. Since this is NU, Quagsire is a good replacement for it, as Wolflare already explained:
    -Scald
    -Recover
    -Toxic
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

Shuckle's Speed is absolutely pathetic, so there's no point in using Speed EVs. Move the Speed EVs to its Special Defense.

Change Cinccino's nature to Jolly; it really needs the extra Speed.

Shedinja really needs Rapid Spin support; otherwise it dies to entry hazards placed on the field. Altaria also needs it due to being weak to Stealth Rock. Even though Cryogonal and Armaldo are weak to Stealth Rock themselves, they can provide Spin support. Either can be used over Shuckle:

    Armaldo:
    -Rapid Spin
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rock Blast/Rock Slide
    -X-Scissor/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Battle Armor

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Stone Edge
    -X-Scissor/Earthquake
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/4 Def/124 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Battle Armor

    Cryogonal:
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Dont use Shuckle... just don't. There are many better walls out there. Also it makes it easier to rate if you list the pokemons roles because we can suggest a better poke for that role or a better move set.
