you could try looking up the error code on google and it will tell you why you keep on getting the error message, post it in the technology next time since this section is for trade threads only.

i first tried it yesterday and it didnt take me long to find somone to trade with but i always got disconnected i never got that error till recently

Use the Nintendo website to decipher your error code. You may also use the Wi-Fi and router-related help for assistance. Do not make a trade thread here unless you are trading a sufficient amount of Pokemon. Otherwise, use the Quick Trade Thread. I hope this helps.
