Looks like we were all wrong! It's Pokemon 6th Movie - Jirachi Wish Maker! Featuring Diane and May!

Does May's body look disproportionate? For some weird reason, it does when i look at it. Also, Diane's hair looks like it was roughly done. Everything else looks great!
