Speaking of which, has anyone tried collecting all 493 pokemon? I remember the day i spent all day defeating the Battle Frontier in Platinum, and it was pretty much a waste of time. Especially the Battle Stage one, defeating each element 10 times, BS.

With a new 5th Generation on its way, im guessing instead of 493, its probably going to raise to maybe 600ish or so.

Are we allowed to post Friend codes on forums? dont wanna get banned XD
 
I don't see why we wouldn't be. We're allowed to post them to trade Pokemon, koto ne?
 
Well, with a new game, we get new female characters with the potential for new fan art. |D *shot*

I have (tried to collect all 493 Pokemon) and succeeded; and legit, as I don't like hacks.
The recent Arceus Event was the final one I needed. 8D

And yes, as Crystal-Heart posted, we are allowed to post our friend codes here; this club did so a while back.

It's an event Celebi, a 10 ANIV Celebi (ID: 00010), Lv. 70.

I agree, the list of pokemon is getting longer and longer
Its has to stop somewhere
I mean, the new pokemon are all starting look either the same or really weird
There is a lot of potential for the existing stuff, but instead they come up with new stuff

The last one I completed with all pokemon was Ruby, after that it became pretty much impossible for me, since there are almost no events in my country
And if there is, it is in some lame kids theme park
 
One reason I liked G/S/C so much, and why I'm looking forward to HG/SS is because you revisit Kanto and new things are happening there. That's what I'd like to see in a new game, old locations with new events, maybe even a game where you could import a previous character (rather than just starting a new one and trading over all your Pokemon), and experience new things in your old world.

See, these types of things are what Pokemon could do to revitalize things a bit without alienating those who like the old system. Of course, all these arguments assume that GameFreak would do the content well. A bad game is a bad game, regardless of the nobility of the idea. Given the choice between a bad game that kills Pokemon in one swift blow or a continuation of the same old stuff that is killing Pokemon slowly, I think I'd choose the latter.

The Zero users online on Tatsunoko are really getting to me, like really all they do is spam Ryuejin all day and its just omg. >=D

Thanks, Lilith is my fav. character in the DarkStalkers series, Lilith is in my sig 'cause I wanted to continue my TvC theme, but I also wanted to use Lilith. I was a little disappointed that they made a model for her in Tatsunoko vs Capcom but didn't include her as a playable character. I suppose they at least added a reference in Morrigan's 4th color to the Lilith Mode Morrigan (Lilith swapped into Morrigan's body and vice versa) from the first Marvel vs Capcom.

I use lame in the nerd sense, I found it funny too. X3

Yeah, I know what you mean. I typically button mash in TvC, but even I try to change it up a little.

Was; there was a Celebi Event; back during Generation III.
Though if not mistaken, there is going to be a new event in order to activate the time-travel event in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, which requires a special Celebi.

That reminds me, I heard Capcom's Releasing DLC for TvC to purchase more characters. It sounds like a great idea, but IF it works out, imagine the prices for them lol. Im predicting like around 5 bucks lol Random Number XD

They should have done that with Brawl. :U
But instead of paying with money, you rack up points on Online VS Play/or Rank in the top and when you've reached an insane amount, you can download a new character. Of course, the more points you get, the cooler the character. 8D *brick'd*

*pouts* They better give me my Lilith..
Although some previously used in Marvel vs Capcom 2 would be great too, like Jill Valentine, Felicia, Hayato, & Strider Hiryu would be great!

Yeah, I'm sure a new Celebi event will come soon.
