you get shocked...then the pikachu evolves into a cannibal Raichu....
 
...is wearing jetpacks. Steal the jetpacks and use them to fly to Celadon. Sell them at the Pokemart and the shopkeeper will yell, "Eat Missingno, poohead!!!" and throw glitches at you. Dodge them and get a Teletubby...
 
..which will whack you with a TV it's carrying. Go outside and walk through the grass. Faint the first Metapod you see. The next Pokemon you see will be a shiny Charizard. Catch it and a girl with wings*link removed* will swoop down and challenge you to a battle. She will have Altaria, Kingdra, Charizard, Salamence, Flygon and Dragonite. Beat her and you get all her Pokemon. Ask her if she used to work for Team Magma. She will get mad...
 
Which will grow eyes and hit you over the head again. The girl will fly off. If you are quick enough, use String Shot and catch her. She will grudgingly give you a free ride to Dragon Land....
