I'll assume this is a UU/RU team because most of your Pokemon seem to be in those tiers.

First off, Omastar can't accomplish 2 things at once; it has to choose between setting up hazards or sweeping with Shell Smash because of crowded move slots. It has to choose between those 2 sets:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Toxic Spikes
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shell Smash
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Grass/Rock)
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/White Herb
    Ability: Swift Swim

Surf Pikachu is illegal in B/W, sadly because you have to delete HMs before transferring it over on Poke Transfer. Even then, it's too frail to use. Use Galvantula or Electivire instead:

    Galvantula:
    -Thunder
    -Bug Buzz
    -Energy Ball
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Volt Switch
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
    Ability: CompoundEyes

    Electivire:
    -Wild Charge
    -Cross Chop
    -Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Band
    Ability: Motor Drive

    or
    -Wild Charge
    -Flamethrower
    -Cross Chop/Earthquake
    -Ice Punch
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/36 SAtk/220 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Motor Drive

As I said before, it looks like a UU/RU team to me, so Scizor has to go (because it's OU). Sawsbuck can provide Baton Pass support:
    -Baton Pass
    -Work Up/Swords Dance/Agility
    -Return
    -Horn Leech
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Marowak's move set needs complete reworking, save for Earthquake. Your other moves are either weak, don't provide good enough coverage, or both:
    -Substitute
    -Earthquake
    -Double-Edge
    -Fire Punch/Stone Edge/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 208 HP/252 Atk/48 Spe
    Item: Thick Club
    Ability: Rock Head

Ursaring's all right; use a Jolly nature and max Speed. And definitely use Close Combat over Brick Break.

You need a Fighting resist here. How about Moltres (it may be legendary, but that doesn't mean it's good in the upper tiers)?:
    -Fire Blast
    -Air Slash
    -Hidden Power (Grass)
    -Roost
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

It is true that i prefer the UU/RU/NU tiers
Mainly because i love discovering jewels amongst rough rock
If you see what i'm trying to say..? :P

First of all let me say that the team i build for myself here
Is one of the intersting things i did so far
Since most of these pokemon are very good by themselfs
But can aslo work together realy good
(for example scizor is my main "BT-supporter" for boosting marowak who can deal a decent load of dmg or even ursaring when i can predict a status)

NOTE: i might have to mention that PERSONALLY i am not a big fan of the
black/white pokemon (i'm kind of an oldschooler like you might have guessed by my team build up)
I have not problems with the B/W attacks or items i just prefer old-school pokemon over new ones :P

    IN REACTION TO PLATINUMDUDE:

First of all i had to admit scizor was really bugging me last night
since its OU (and i dont like the mainstream OU)
So at this point it is best to figure out which pokemon is best
to replace scizor in its BP-support spot

Second, I know this team needs a shitload of work
But this is something which came to me in 10 minutes or so
So at that point it was a brilliant idea, now i just want to look at it
discuss it, and find some flaws so i can perfect them

I will take the advices with me and keep thinking about this
If any1 else has some ideas, ill be happy to hear!
for now i will keep you updated on my team
because despite the fact that i made this in 10 minutes or so
i really think this could grow to something amazing! :D

    EDIT:
Perhaps i can replace scizor with this:

    Scyther Technician (eviolite) Jolly
    248HP/8Atk/252Spe
    - Swords Dance
    - Baton Pass
    - Roost
    - Aerial Ace
