Suggestion: New Blog Features

I have two ideas:

1. The ability to "like" people's blog entries/people's comments on the blog. It seems to be a common feature on normal threads so I was curious if it could relate to blogs as well.
2. The ability to edit tags for blogs. I noticed that the tag you put in for your blog entry is set and stone when you publish your entry, so I was wondering if maybe we can add that feature.

I seem to remember the former being on its way some time in the future with some other changes to the Like system, so sit tight. :]

As for the second, I'm kinda scratching my head here. There's not an option for that in the ACP and looking at your blog just now I was able to edit the tags. Maybe that's because I'm staff or something, idk, but I don't see a way to make it work properly for you. Could you screenshot one of your blog entries and post it?

And yeah, no problem. Here's a screenshot of a past entry when I go into "Go Advanced." These are all the Additional options available; everything above it is just the text box in which the blog is actually written. If you need a bigger screenshot just let me know.

Ohhhhhhh.

When you're viewing your blog entry go to the bottom and click the

icon. It's next to the standard edit icon. I think that's what you're looking for.

It's actually not there for me; there's actually nothing next to it in it's original form.

I clicked "continue reading" and next to the standard edit icon there is "Email Blog Entry," "Report Blog Entry, and "Subscribe to Blog Entry." That icon doesn't appear /:

Modify Tags in Blogs

I wanted to go back and put tags into previously-posted blog entries, but it doesn't offer the option; it's only there if it's a new blog entry, and I don't want to delete old entries and mass resubmit to add tags to them.

So I'd like to cordially request that tags be permitted to be added after-the-fact / after posting through Edit. If I'm missing how to do this if it's already implemented, then I'm sorry :P but I don't see the option when I click on "Edit" in the respective entries.

I still can't edit tags in mine. The box where you'd normally type your tags isn't there.

Also, can we have the right to delete our own entries?

When you go to edit your blog entry, you don't have an option to delete it? If you '"Go Advanced," it should be the first option on the top of the screen. At least it is for me.

I tried that, and it said I don't have the correct permissions. It even had a troll Pikachu :(
