Hey ya Aiden! Welcome to PC!!

I've been playing Pokemon for about as long as you have. I was 7 when I got Pokemon Red and played it obsessively. It's still one of the few video games I play today. Making friends here shouldn't be hard at all. There's lot of really nice people here who'd be more than happy to talk too. I'd love to chat sometime so I wouldn't mind a PM or VM. I prefer VMs though cause they don't flash in your face as much. Lol. But either way is fine, go ahead and chat with me if you like. :) Anyway , you can talk about Pokemon here too of course! You can find all things on the franchise here from the games to the trading card games. Just explore and see what you may find!

I'm more of a trader than a battler, but I can do both. I'm just not good at competitive battling. XD If you ever want to trade with anyone just visit the Trade Corner. If you have more than 20 Pokemon to give away, you can start up what's called a trade shop and have people trade you Pokemon you'd want. Or if you're up for just quick trading, you can do that too. As for battling, there's Battle Center for that. That's where you can talk about competitive battles, ask for quick battles and get both teams for competitive and in-game play. While you're at it, be sure to check out PC's Battle Server. That's one Pokemon Showdown and it's a fun place to battle other users with. Hoep you have fun battling and trading man and if you want to trade anytime, I'd be glad to. :)

Heya Aiden! You're in the right place if you're looking to battle/trade and make friends. We have that and more here - AWsquared already linked you to our battle and trading forums so be sure to look around! There are tons of people there to help you out and lots of resources to utilize if you're just getting the hang of things like RNGs and battling tiers. There are a lot of fun battling events going on in the Battle Center right now as well so it's a fantastic time to get involved. :) And the Showdown server is wonderful to boot! Welcome to the forum!

But hey, we all love Pokemon here as well, of course, so the community's worth getting to know. You're in good hands on PC; we can all vouch from experience about how great this forum is since it has this uncanny ability to pull you in like glue, haha. I'm one of the fans who has loved Pokemon since its early days and hope to continue being a fan until I'm really old.. I mean, the series keeps getting more awesome, so how can anyone stop liking it? Do you mostly dabble in the games or do other parts of the franchise, like the anime or manga, interest you as well? There are boards for anything Pokemon-related here including wonderful things like Pokemon-related forum games and clubs, which are some of our more popular boards. They're all great places that cater to every different kind of Pokemon fan, making 'em absolutely worthwhile to check out! I'd totally recommend looking around the index and getting involved whenever you're not busy. Can't stay on 1 post forever, right? n~n; And of course we have tons of off-topic places to dive into for whenever you're looking for a breather/break from chatting about Pokemon.

You'll love what we have here in the forums. You can discuss all the Pokemon you like, as well as battle, trade, make ROM hacks, roleplay, post art, and so much more! There's so many possibilities around, and they're endless! You know what else is best? The staff and the members here are really really nice!
