New Colour scheme

Sorry if this is not the right section to post this, I tried looking through other threads looking for one that was applicable to site suggestions or new changes but it really didn't take too long before my eyes were killing me, so is there some specific place we can ask if the forum could be put back to the black on white colour scheme, or at the very least not white text on a black background? I find it really bothersome to read and going through threads the titles of the threads we've read don't look much different than the bold titles of the threads we haven't read, or is there some setting we ourselves can set just for our own browser sessions (after we log in) when reading the forums because this is just too much for me to take, personally. Maybe I'm the only one, I don't know. Again, sorry if this is not in the right section, I just can't take looking through any more of the message board at the moment. Thanks very much!
