New Cyndaquil

Hi I recently started breeding Cyndaquil in Heartgold and I was lucky enough to hatch one with really good IV's. Trouble is, its nature is Quirky .. neutral. I was wondering if it's worth training for wifi battles and what not, or should I just leave it alone. Here are it's stats:

Name: Cyndaquil
Gender: Male
Nature Quirky (Neutral)
Characteristic: Likes to thrash about
Ability: Blaze
IV's: 29/31/31/31/07/31
hp/at/de/sa/sd/sp

It's got poor Special Defense but it's great in everything else. What do you all think?

Uhh.. You could probably use it, better than something like a Adamant nature I guess.

Or, better option is to just play on shoddy. Works better I guess, but if you life Wi-Fi its your choice
