Even though Heliolisk is frail, it appreciates the extra power of Life Orb. Life Orb recoil can be healed off with Dry Skin in rain. It also typically runs Volt Switch over one of its coverage moves as a momentum grabber and scouting move.

Really, what does Stockpile do for Lanturn? I don't think it's going to help you. Though Electric Pokemon can't be paralyzed anymore, they won't like taking other statuses like Poison and Burn, so Heal Bell is the better alternative.

If Magnezone is Timid, it has to use Choice Scarf to take advantage of that nature, as without Choice Scarf, it's still slow.

I have changed it to heal bell it was supposed to be stockpile/heal bell but ive decided on heal bell. As for the timid nature i wanted it modest but i need to replace volt switch with some spAtk or support move. Nike galvantula with life orb a lot better and Heliolisk can get atleast 1 good attack in with the focus slash when someone hits it hard with a fighting type or ground type move.

There's no reason to keep Heliolisk in on Fighting and Ground Pokemon anyways, as Emolga resists the former and is immune to the latter, so you can switch to that.

Yes but even if i switch to Emolga heliolisks defense wont hold against effective attacks all the time so i think the focus slash is good on it unless u recommend something else since galvantula will use the life orb

Item clause isn't a necessity in competitive battles, so you can get away with 2 Life Orbs on the same team. I'd rather have Galvantula hold the Focus Sash if you want to have Sticky Web up ASAP.

Item Clause is in the restrictions for what im doing and although sticky web is a necessity i think having the life orb on him is more important than Heliolisk having it but maybe i can get off that restriction.

See this is where paying attention to what the person you're dictating teams to is actually doing pays off lol. Heliolisk makes sense for focus sash imo, or galvantula. They could either one pull off the life orb or focus sash really - I'd almost even risk choice specs on one since you're doing Air Balloon for Magnezone.
