New free pokemon RPG possibly not safe

Is it possible to create a See also: Sticky that warns members about Zango?

Yeah I clicked on it out of curiosity saw the word Zango and shuddered. There are some real Pokemon MMOs out there namely Pokemon Crater (sadly it has been shut down) and Pokemon Indigo (which I have heard about but never played). The sooner we're rid of that banner the better. ;)
 
When I tried to download it, (Uh Oh) it said Zango is for 18 year old is over so I didn't download it.
 
Concerning the Pokemon MMORPGBanner ads

i've noticed something about this website's google generated advertizements, that i've read about before. this is from the website that makes the game:

The website begins with the disclaimer: "To download and play the Pokemon World Online game you must also download and install Zango. It's free and very easy to install and will give you access to the full game."
If you are directed to the site, DO NOT DOWNLOAD the game there at any cost! Zango is an Adware program that forces adverts to appear on your computer and can download other malicious software onto your computer. Using the game offered by onlinepokemongame.info will download Zango to your computer and possibly invade your privacy!
We would like to remind our users that only the site listed below is official. Downloads from these sites are 100% safe and adware-free, and using them means you always have the latest and greatest version of our game:

Onlinepokemongame.info is NOT an official site and we have nothing to do with it, so steer clear! If, however, you have downloaded a copy of our game from onlinepokemongame.info, you should delete it immediately and scan your computer for Adware. This topic on our Forums explains exactly how to do this, and gives more detail on the Zango scandal, so please check it out! And please everyone, remember golden rule number two of the internet: Always go for the OFFICIAL sources! Happy training!
 
those MMORPG ads are making the rounds all around the gaming community.. I've seen them everywhere.. not too much we can do as they have been, at least, approved by Google..

As with ANYTHING you download, you should be careful, use a GOOD anti-virus and spyware scanner application, and double check any of the noted TOS's you may find. If you are not sure it's safe, DON'T INSTALL IT!
 
Yeah, believe in the wise words of Rukario. I hate those ads that just give you viruses.

If you aren't 18, you shouldn't be downloading it anyway.

It seems their game is being uploaded with a free install of Zango... I think pokecommunity should change to this site...

And there using ads. to gain $$$

You should be fine as long as you deleted it from your computer very quickly. However, some remnants may still be there. I would suggest you do a spyware scan using professional software.

Ill scan my computer but I think it should be ok because it took me like 3 minutes to delete because that's all I thought I needed to download to play the game but it said I had to download somthing else so I knew it was pretty much a scam and I removed it from my computer
 
Same here. I was going to download it before i got a PM on PC! i guess that's another good thing PC has done for me xD
