Some dudes from Gamespot.com left the site and started their own. It is pretty cool, and they have great reviews. So if you are on the fence about a game check out their reviews, and also if you want to keep up on the latest video game news they have a pretty good updated blog with lots of news stories.

I can't post the url cause I don't have fifteen posts, but it is just giantbomb and then .com after it. lol

It's not really "new" it's been around for a few months.
And he didn't "leave" GameStop, he was fired (or at least the head dude).

And personally... I hate the site. I don't like Jeff's reviews and I think he's far too bias in his anti-Wii stuff.

    "Wachten op www.giantbomb.com..."
    ... ... waiting... "504 Gateway Time-out"

It seems they have worse servers than this site, I can only get the frontpage up at most. :|

Jeff was fired, Ryan and the rest weren't. And the site is new, the blog has been around for a few months. The site just launched on Monday early morning. I think the user generated content is a great idea and a great way to get the users involved more with the site. As for Jeff's reviews, I followed him to Giant Bomb mostly cause I always agree with his reviews.
