This is a team I came up with and some help will be greatly accepted (:

    Metagross @ Occa Berry
    Ability: Clear Body
    EVs: 252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Meteor Mash
    - Bullet Punch
    - Stealth Rock
    - Explosion
My lead. Metagross is a pretty good lead. Pretty standard as well giving me a rock resist and an ice resist for te team.

    Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Toxic
    - Flamethrower
    - Earth Power
I put Heatran here for two reasons. One, it pairs with Azelf nicely resisting Dark, Bug, and priority except for Mach and Vacuum though even then, it survives anyways. This 'lures' waters toxicating bringing them slightly into knockout range. It also gives me my fire iimmunity so Shaymin doesn't die (:

    Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 148 HP/252 Def/108 SAtk
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Hypnosis
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Hidden Power [Electric]
Milotic was chosen for unknown reasons. But it does contribute =x. Hypnosis sends whatever to sleep because it's beneficial for me if it's a wall or a speedy sweeper. Whenever someone died or in need of taking a neutral hit, milotic comes in.

    Shaymin @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP/74 Def/184 Spd
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed
    - Seed Flare
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
I kind of made up the evs so let me explain them. I started with 252 HP evs to give me 404 substitutes. 184 speed evs gives me 282 speed outspeeding 279, 280, and 281, which are landmarks for me letting me outspeed luke, gliscor, stuff outspeeding luke and stuff outspeeding gliscor. The rest are dumped into defense. Seed flare is, I imagine, standard for Shaymin letting it not be a Cele Copy but this also steals the title of CeleTran. Hidden Power are for Grassers who are immune to my Leech, steels and Ice.

    Infernape (M) @ Fist Plate
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Close Combat
    - Flare Blitz
    - Mach Punch
Just to get to the point, Infernape was thrown in here to clean up after Azelf and beat luke with Priority. It does ok but replaceable as long as luke doesn't beat me ;)

    Azelf @ Choice Band
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Jolly nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
    - U-turn
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Ice Punch
    - Fire Punch
I made my team around Cb Azelf for two reasons.
    1. As a way to lure out pursuit users and hit them with a CB Uturn
    2. As a way to at least deal with Blissey, Cb Zen Headbutt
Fire Punch and Ice Punch can both be replaced by Explosion to deal with difficult and/or problematic pokemons.

Well this is my team so please rate it ! (:

Life Orb >> Fist Plate on Infernape you want a power boost on all of its move and not just its fighting type moves incase you run into a ghost type like Gengar

thats all I can se just now I may come back for a better rate later and for a tip you might want to add some pictures it makes the thread look better

I think you mean Life Orb >>>> Fist Plate. ;D

And also, just a quick suggestion for Metagross:

My own experience has shown me that generally opposing leads will carry Earthquake, which is why I actually use a Shuca Berry over the Occa Berry. It helps him take earthquakes a bit better.

Also, I usually run EQ > Meteor Mash, but that depends what you want to do with him. EQ allows you to hit other common leads pretty hard (bar Azelf), but he functions more as a suicide lead in that case as his main goal is to take down whichever lead he is up against. Meteor Mash is normally used in cases where you plan to bring Meta back in later in the game to do some sweeping (as Bullet Punch isn't strong enough to be used for sweeping purposes. Meteor Mash provides Meta with a strong STAB move)

So I don't know what you're running, but please consider those suggestions.

Im using Fist Plate because two of my moves benefit from it and because Life Orb would waste my Infernape faster then Gengar killing me ;) (or at least I think so =x)

Ill add pictures in my next Rmt though, thanks for telling me =D.

Thanks for telling me. Personally, I just like smashing everything with his STAB so yea ;)

if you dont want to use life orb try an expert belt. It boosts your power and wont take any life away. It may not be as strong as life orb but it will be better than a fist plate and work on all your moves

Expert Belt only works when the holder uses an attack that is super effective on the target. It should only be used with Pokemon with a lot of coverage.

Anyway, Flare Blitz can be a useful choice if you want to use Infernape for wall breaking, but overall Fire Punch is better since it scores the same OHKOes after a Swords Dance without causing recoil. Plus, if you're using Fire Punch, you can afford the Life Orb recoil, as you are not taking recoil damage from Flare Blitz. Another option is to use Wide Lens and give Infernape Blaze Kick over Fire Punch, but I don't recommend that as it will only help one move.

However, Fist Plate is still standard, and if you're really sure, then just use the set you are currently using.
