New Hariyama Help!

Hi, i had a question about the new Hariyama from the arceus series. The card has a move called vortex chop, with a base attack of 60. the effect of the attack is "If the depending pokemon has any Resistance, this attacks base damage is 120 of 60."

Does that mean resistance to fighting, or resistance in general, to any type.

That means resistance in general, based on the wording of the card.

that's what i figured, but my friends think it's too sick to be true.

Yes, it looks a very great attack, but it needs 4 energy, and for a pokemon with 110 HP, its no easy to become that, or you must play a groudon...

Agreed, great attack, but hard to get it off.
