I'm not really into Rom hacks / fan games, but there's probably somewhere in the Fan Games area you could ask... maybe the Fan game hub or Romhacks showcase? =3

Hello there and welcome to the PC.

I don't believe you need to make any posts in order to download anything? We've got tons of people who have been around for just the ROM hacks for years who have never made a single post, so I'd hope that they aren't just staring at the pages for all that time anyway.

As for how to get it? No clue as I don't play them. You can always ask one of the fangame section's Moderators for help though!
