    I want to start rom hacks but i can't found file for rpg maker to start.can you tell me one?
     
    Hi there! Welcome to PokéCommunity!

    ROM Hacks and fangames via RPG Maker are different things. The former is a modification of a ROM (Fire Red, Emerald, etc.); the latter is something you create via RPG Maker XP, which is something you purchase.

    If you want to ROM Hack, maybe check out Avara's awesome beginner's guide here.
    If you're interested in developing a Fan Game, you'd be doing it Essentials in RPG Maker XP. A good place to start might be the Essentials Wiki.

    There are also many tutorials on YouTube as well - I recommend giving them a watch if you're a more visual learner.
