New Layout

I edited your post; you mayn't post to look for staff. I like the new layout, it's got a nice colour ^^
 
i like the current one better, but the new one is looking greart.
 
I like this one better... it doesn't look like practically every other site like your other one. It's better with just one sidebar, or if you want to have two sidebars, make them look different. You could make your so-called "left navigation" across the top above contents, and then have your so-called "right navigation" on the left o_O with all your affiliates and topsites. This one flows much nicer, and I stopped to look at it through, not like your other one.
For the links for the contents, maybe have a mouseover to bold, like you have a colour over, they are kind of small, but they have to be to fit the style.
but thats just my opinion, my current layout sucks b/c I didn't put much thought, but I've had some that people have liked in the past on other sites... so...

edit: and maybe change the section titles a bit, they look the exact same as your current.. you want to change right.
 
I think the new layout is better than the old one. This one seems much cleaner.
 
The old one is a lot easier to navigate through in my opinion. Plus... the new one is sort of.. boring.
 
The only prob with the blue layout is that, since the top banner is white (as is the background), the title blends in with the background, rather than standing out.
Since you have two columns of links, it can be difficult to find the link you want.

I prefer the original since the layout really frames the central area, which always look good.
The links are easily readable, and personally i prefer two side bars to one
The only point i can add to the original is to possibly add a subtle background, to stop the central area and background merging at the bottom of the page
 
speaking of frames.. whats with all the frame on the original one? big empty frame on the right and when you load a page, another frame opens up.. :(

anyway.. i kinda like the orig one better too although the new one is nice too.. just looks to restrictive, u know?
 
Current One: It's very pleasing to the eyes, and everything is easy to find.

Azure1: Too light. I personally hate light layouts (Hooray for being a hypocrite!), they're hard on the eyes. >_>

Azure2: Ooooh, that's pretty. ^_^ Only think I might suggest is darkening the blue background, and turning text/links to white. Might make it easier to view.
 
Yep, it's pretty. Still like the light one, though. o_O
 
the dark one is good, but i think the light one is better.
 
The dark layout attracts the eye to the contents and navigation much better.

The light layout looks nice, but the darker one seems more "professional" to me.

You may want to have Groudon's nose in front of Jirachi, though. However, it may look better the way you have it already -- I couln't tell unless I were to see it. You're probably the best judge of that.
