was it uploaded to the server?
limit uploads to account with over 100 posts?

if it was just linked images, u'd need to look at nsfw tools which seem a bit overkill
again maybe limit users with less than 10 posts to posting any type of image

yep, we're looking into the best form of mitigation for this issue!
