    Call me Tom or Tommy. I'm 19 and have loved pokemon since they were released in the states. I used to was the TV show (before it got retarded), collected the cards (still have them... somewhere...) and I still play the games when i can. I'm also bi and have a boyfriend. Don't like it, keep it to yourself. I don't want to hear homophobes b*tch and complain.

    I wasn't the biggest fan of Ruby or Sapphire. It was decent but not a stand out. My favorites, by far, are gold, silver and crystal. since I can't find most of my old cartridges or they've bit the dust, I mostly play them as ROMs on my computer. I've recently gotten into playing hacked games of pokemon, which seem to measure against the originals when done right.
     
    Ah, ever bothered checking out Shiny Gold?

    Welcome to the community, Tommy. Always nice to meet another fan of the second generation. It is the best by far.

    I dare say you should have any troubles with your sexuality around here. Countless members of PC are gay or bisexual and I've not heard read one negative word… That went unpunished. >.<

    Hope you continue to enjoy the hacking scene, my friend. When you're right, you're right. They can be wondrous when done correctly. :D

    Anyways, as I seem to be saying a lot these days, it's good to have some experience join the forums.
    You'll have loads of fun in the Pokemon Video Game sections, and playing ROM Hacks is always fun, as you never know what to expect.

    As Drew said, be sure to check out PC's most famous hack [arguably] Shiny Gold if you were a GSC Fan back in the day XD

    Oh and Bi, there are a few people here and there that feel the same way, or are just full gay all the way -cough Xarimo cough- XD
    [Don't hate me, I'm not a gay basher, you'll see what I mean if you ever meet this guy ^^]

    Anyways, have fun posting round PC. Oh and uhh read them rules, they are a help before asking any questions :3

    Most new members of PC don't right that much in their New Users / Welcome post, so it's suprising. Like another member, have you ever tried out Shiny Gold. I, myself, have never played it, but I've heard a lot of great stuff from it, so yeah. >___>

    thanks for the warm welcome. I have checked out the shiny gold one and it is VERY well done. I will check out the Ruby Destiny series even though Ruby itself was pretty bad. This site is alot faster paced than I'm used to on the Monte Carlo forums (I inherited a 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Z34 from my mom before she passed away on June 4, 2008).

    Hello Z34guy! I'm sorry to hear about your mother, but feel free to talk to any of us! :) We're all extremely understanding and I'm sure a lot have empathy for you. In any case, welcome to PC!
     
    I know it's kinda sad, but I love that car more than any of my family or my boyfriend (and yet they all understand... O.o). Keeping it running is a way of preserving my mom's legacy.

    Honestly, it doesn't matter what you call me. I prefer Tommy over Tom though (i was named after my dad so it makes things easier around the house), but you could call me psycho and i wouldn't care.
