5th Gen New Moves Speculation Thread

There are 2 rules to this thread:

1. No saying your move sucks or will never happen.
2. No spamming, trolling, or whatnot.

So....what do you think the new moves should be? Make your own, add Base stats and etc., etc., etc. So yeah, that's it. Should be easy making a move...
