No...tangrowth is actually amazing with knock especially when the opponent switches out for sumn else becuase either way their item is now gone =)

And pop warrior...what's the -5% for??

Well, it's a fine moveset, but there are others. It is fine though, so feel comfortable using it. EVs...not my strong suit.

To be honest im not even sure if Porygon-Z's guna be able to outrun gengar, since gengar has hypnosis to ruin my day =/
