Hello, im trying to make a new team on pokemon y for me to upload battles for. One pokemon I want on the team is Pangoro. Any suggestions for the other 5?

Try using talonflame that pokemon has a good sp.attk and speed

I have one but its physical with speed but I can try a special variant

Talonflame's Special Attack and special move pool are horrible. Gale Wings Brave Bird is literally all it's known for and you're just wasting that:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 88 HP/252 Atk/168 Spe
    Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Brave Bird
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Steel Wing
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

Pangoro, on the other hand, has gained more merit in standard play because of the OR/AS move tutors, even if this means trading it to OR/AS, then back:
    -Superpower/Drain Punch
    -Knock Off
    -Gunk Shot
    -Parting Shot/Ice Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Scrappy/Iron Fist

Ok, leave talonflame as a physical pokemon and try to get super power on pangoro. Thats two of my team. I need 3, 4, 5, and 6

I'm not new to pokémon but I can't say I'm a skilled player. But try to make sure your pokémon weakness are covered by another pokémon.
Try using this site, it will show you your weakness and your counters. On the next page you can find your move coverage what is super convenient.

If I could give some tips:

You definitely need a fairy counter cause your Pancham has a 4x weakness for it:
Dragalge, Venusaur and Tentacruel will eat those special fairy attacks up. Play Rough though is common on Azumarill, Mawile(ubers) and saw it on Absol some times.

Talonflame doesn't like rocks or rock pokémon in general. Pancham can hit rock pokémon super effective and Tentacruel your counter for fairies can get rid of rocks with rapid spin and hit those rock pokémon with super effective moves.

Now an electric pokémon is pleased cause you have 2 pokémon weak to it Tentacruel can take a thunderbolt cause of it's special bulk. Maybe a ground pokémon that is resistant (volt switch) to it, will do the job.
Gliscor who can serve as your physical wall will do this job greatly. Be careful for Porygon-Z who often pack thunderbolt and ice beam. And you can switch in to Tentacruel who can eat water and ice moves. And switch in to Gliscor when you think Tentacruel is going to be hit by ground or electric moves.

You now have 2 physical attackers a special wall and physical wall, how about a special attacker?
Mega-Gardevoir has great coverage and some decent moves. And fits in your team cause of it's weakness is covered.
Or go for Mega-Venasaur who has excellent bulk and a good Sp.Atk stat.
