    Hello, I'm new to game making and I really need someone to help me out, since I have lots of questions in mind...

    1. Which program(s) should I use? I'm planning to make an online game, and I would love to have a free (and good) one, if that's possible XD
    2. Where should I get started? I have ideas and stuff but don't know where to start...

    Apparently BYOND (official site) is good for this kind of thing. I've never used it myself, but a lot of successful games have been made with it.
    Alternatively, you could start from scratch using Java or something similar.
