Question: New to traditional message boards

    I've never used a traditional message board site but I thought I would try it out so that I would have people to talk to about Pokemon. I don't really know how anything works though. How do I know when someone has posted (like post date)? How does thread organization work? So stuff like that I would love some feedback on. Thanks.

    EDIT : I've only ever used reddit if that helps.
