No, it's the user's reputation. You can get good or bad rep from people depending on what you post(but some people abuse the system lol)

Hey, welcome to PC.
To add pics to your sig, first you need the URL of the pic, and then put this in your sig...
[img*]url goes here[/img*]

Except make sure you take the * out of it. ^^

Yup. If it's on your comp you can upload it to www.uploadimages.net. URLs can ONLY be on the net, anyway. o.O

Yeah, Norton 2003 blocks images from PC for some reason. I use Firefox to browse PC usually, since it ignores Norton...but that's not very good for your comp, either, so I only use it for PC. ^^

Hey there, welcome to PC. ^^
The Norton Anti-Virus thing only happens with Norton Anti-Virus 2003, and if you're using Firefox, it ignores Norton.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it here. ^^
