It's wonderful to see ya here! We have great places just for you, and you'll love what we have here in the community! First off, visit the Art & Design section which includes a Pixel Art section. The Pixel Art section has many galleries, contests, tutorials, and many more. And you can become a contributor to everything that goes on there! You can also visit either the ROM Hacking section or the Game Development section (whatever floats your boat, really!) so you can obtain all your information and tutorials and tools as well. Both of those sections could help you tons!
In the meantime, don't hesitate to explore other sections around the community and don't be afraid to meet many many friends! We're friendly and nice!

Hi Riley, welcome to PokeCommunity! The Pixel Art board is home to all spriting so I do suggest checking Meganium's link and perhaps making a gallery. You'll need at least 4 different examples to show to create a thread, though, but that's more than doable, right? And perhaps you can comment on others' work while you're there as well. :o
