In Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, you'll be able to receive a Serial Code from participating stores to receive this Magikarp. It is Level 19 and comes with a Rare Candy and the moves Splash & Bounce. It runs from January 28th through February 3rd and the code runs until February 6th. No details on any international distributions have been announced.
