Since it's the OU tier in the XY Singles, I should probably expect additions of Fairy-type moves/ Pokemon. However, as it is I think it's kinda good. Forretress and Skarmory were chosen as my hazard setters, plus gave them moves that wouldn't leave them completely vulnerable to Taunt. Chandelure is there to absorb Fire-type attacks thanks to it's Flash Fire, and since it can force some Pokemon to switch, Substitute + Pain Split seemed the way to go.
Conkeldurr, Nidoking, and Hydreigon can hit pretty hard. Now that Steel has been nerfed, Conkeldurr can hit the likes of Aegislash and Metagross with Payback and hit everything else with Drain Punch. A boost in Defense thanks to Bulk Up allows it to stay on the field longer.
I went for the mixed set for Hydreigon since it still hits hard. It's a toss-up between White Herb and Dragon Gem, but at least White Herb allows it to use Draco Meteor twice in a row. Finally, there's Choice Scarf Nidoking, and so far it has helped a lot despite being UU. Most opponents, for instance, try to use Substitute on their Gliscor thinking it'll outspeed Nidoking, only to meet an Ice Beam to the face. It could work on Garchomp, but I don't chance it since the king is vylnerable to Ground.
I doubt I need to change Nidoking, but how would you change this team? I know it can get better.
