Ninja Gaiden

I don't know if anyone here has played Ninja Gaiden for Xbox, but if you have you also realize how hard this game can be your first time around, and 9 times out of 10 would feel completely frustrated, but playing it again its sort of easy. I finaly finsihed it this morning and started a New game, and still have not died even after beating Alma.

Anyway has anyone played it?

I rented it. It was fun and all, but I couldn't beat the first boss. >.< Stupid nun-chuckery.

XD Oh yes Murai, I must say he was kind of hard for a first boss (I had to face him at least 5 times).

Oh yes. This game is THE Xbox game IMO. I love it! I?m on my second playthough, this time on hard. It?s so much fun! Although I abuse the dragon sword too much and rarely use my other weapons. This time around I want to power up the Wooden Sword totally to the unlabored flawlessness. I might also go through the second play of my normal game to try out the dark dragon blade ,though it?s not really that great. =\ It?s difficult, but once you get past the learning curve it?s very very satisfying. And beautiful! Bless team ninja for making such elegant games.

Yea Team Ninja and Tecmo rock at making games, so does Insomniac ;p

I'm gonna get this game after I've got my laptop, it should be reduced by then too =)

I haven't upgraded my wooden sword to Unlabored flawlessnes, I hear that it is the second strongest sowrd in the game.

My favourite weapon is Doku's sword, the Kitetsu, even though its may not be nearly as strong as the true dragon sword, its still my favourite (while having the right Armlet equiped of course).

I dunno, with the moves I stick to, the TDS works better for me than the Kitetsu. Sure the >XXXXXXX one drains health, but I always seem to get hit after I finish draining health by a different enemy. ._.;

With the TDS, I mostly mix and match my combos, sometimes it has that partial second the leaves you open for attack, my favourite move with that sword is the, "Blade of Nirrti", it always takes down lower fiends with that move alone.

Once you get on hard you really have to abuse Izuna Drop and Flying Swallow on the lower enemies cause even they can take a lot of punishment. I like the fact the Flawlessness can do Izuna, so?yeah. ^^;

Can you play as Kasumi or Ayane? lol

Ayane is in the game, but not playable. Kasumi makes no appearance.
