    Well, what do you think...

    Ninjask@Leftovers
    252HP/Something in defense=SD
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -Baton Pass
    -Aerial Ace

    Then, after many substitutes, I use Swords Dance, and then Baton Pass to...

    Salamence@Muscle Band/Choice Band
    -252HP/252ATK/6SPD
    -Dragon Claw
    -EQ
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch

    Any good?
     
    Yup. Those are the standards, however I'm iffy on their EV's. Especially Salamence. Why not give it more SPD?
     
    Well, Ninjask gets a speed boost every turn, so speed EVs aren't that important.
     
    I can't speak on Ninjask's behalf, but I can for Salamence. No need for it to be so slow. My raichu has no problem outspeeding it-and that's saying something.
     
    How long can Ninjask surive for with Substitute? 4 turns? then another for Swords Dance....should boost a Salamence quite high, right?
     
    Hm. I suppose so. but you must take into account that Ninjask is HIGHLY predicted. The opposition will immediately Roar it away.

    The biggest problem with this is you need to have a plan B. This Ninjask plan is highly predicted, & after you third sub, an Aqua Jet/Ice Shard/Quick ATK can take you out before the fourth sub.
     
    well u want a solid speed so u can hold ur own in case Jask is dead and don't forget about haze...
     
    Flareblaze just repeated what I said, & is absolutely right. You have to remember how common Ninjask is.
     
    Ok why are you Baton Passing speed to something that will get walled when it has a choice band ?

    Life Orb would be good and fire blast >> Stone Edge as Skarmory and forretress are hammered hard by it. Also makes it harder for it skarm to whirlwind you away.

    Life Orb'd Fire Blast from Adamant Salamence with 0 sp.att evs.

    Damage: 296 - 348
    Damage: 88.62% - 104.19%

    On 252 Hp/0 sp.def skarmory.

    It also OHKO'S Forretress regardless.

    To add on to that, I'd actually use flamethrwoer. You lose the possibility of a OHKO, but fire blast has the tendency to miss at the worst possible time.

    And speed passing isn't a new idea, these things have been thought of. You really might want to throw in magnezone to take out skarm and other PHazers right off the bat.

    I had this dam thing used on me on shoddy, evs allow it to outrun everything in OU.

    The most common phazer is skarmory, when it comes in Thief its shed shell and send in zone to kill it, and if its not skarm take whatever item of the thing that comes in to phaze you thus crippling it.
