I was wondering why do nintendo events even exist?
Can't they just put every pokemon and everything you need to get them in the game.
And why aren't these common. I think they should do one every 2-3 months.

    EDIT: sorry,sorry,sorry.
It should be somwhere else like in pokemon video games
    (one forum above I think)

This is more a general question, so Other Pokémon Games would be the better place.

I would imagine that it is for promotional purposes..........

yeah I'm pretty sure that's why they do these

but, why do you have to send your cartridge to them?
can't they just send you something like an insruction booklet with all the instructions
    how to get the pokemon.

Thats probably so you only get one per cartridge and so that you cant go around getting lots of them.

The Nintendo events are done for promotional purposes. I think Nintendo should either have all of the Pokemon available in game or distributed to major store chains so everyone can have the opportunity to get the Pokemon.

    Send Carts?

What is it possible to send my emerald cart and Nintendo will put the legendary pokemon on it, or will they give me the items to get them?!

They have events for super rare pokemon that you have to get by hand. They just give you the item to get to the pokemon, You need to catch it by yourself.

    Ah Ha!

Thats what i thought, so does anyone know where i send my cart? and do i have to be in a certain country to get it sent back?

well you can't just send your cardtridge, first of all nintendo must be holding an event, then it will most likely be in some kind of magazine, then you likely have to fill in your name etc., then you can send your cardtridge(they likely ask to prepare your cartridge the way they want).
