Nintendo Resurrected

Multiplayer for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (yes, that's the official title, just revealed) is going to be awesome

Let's hope so. In any case, my friends & I believe the full title of the game to be Echoes of the Chozo, but we could be wrong. I'm hoping to see more of the Metroid Prime, cuz otherwise the game couldn't be properly called Metroid Prime 2.

Multiplayer MP? I guess it could work, though I dibs Ridley. >.>;

Correction, we are not gona have another SSB. The guy who created Kirby left HAL. :( We still gona have Kirby games, but no more SSB. :(
How is the creator of Kirby leaving going to affect SSBM? In fact, in the newest Kirby game, Kirby has a SSB power which he gets from the Master Hand (and I beleive Crazy Hand appears too).

and they must have a PSP rival...
They have one. The GBA. It sells more than GCN, X-Box, and PS2 combined... And the PSP isn't guarenteed to be all that great. It may sound well and good now, but when you actually play it, it may be worse than if there was a portable X-Box... *shudders at thought of a Microsoft portable console*

Nintendo hasn't been doing their best recently, I agree. They have been remaking too many games and making too many sequels of repetitive ones. But they already have a good lsiting for E3 including Paper Mario 2, Metroid Prime 2 (never played any Metroid games except a little tiny bit of zero Mission), the new Zelda game, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and a few more. And you never know, there may be a brand new regular Mario game, a new SSBM, or something we've never seen before that just blows everyone's breath away.

Good replies Shadow. :)

The new Zelda & Metroid games will definately be show stoppers. PS2, as far as I can see, has no new games that could show up those, & the Xbox just has Halo 2
MGS:Snake Eater doesn't impress you anyway? I thought the new MGS game was promising.

Nintendo IS in a hole...
Maybe this is my inner Nintendo fan boy speaking, but I still don't believe Nintendo is doing that bad. Even if it actually is in a hole, it isn't a very big one. Just look at the upcoming titles that will be released for the GC in the near future. Metroid Prime 2, Zelda WW2, & even a new Starfox game. Nintendo is definitely in this race to stay...

I?m not sure how 3D gaming is going to work portable. Battery life and such alone, there?s frame rates and all sorts of technical crap in the way. And it just might not be easy to do that while you?re on the go, like the GBA.

Also, part of the reason the GBA is so fun is a lot of effort is put into the game,. Not the 3D engine. I mean the GBA has the best RPGs of any console right now for a reason.

Just imagine if games like the Golden Sun series that seems to be overlooked sometimes, was put on a console and given its full potential in gameplay, music, and graphics not that it needs anymore seeing how the whole game (including graphics, music and gameplay) for it is arguably the best because both Golden Sun, and Golden Sun: The Lost Age are on top for RPG's for the gba no question about it
