So basically, I want to get my Pokemon from Sapphire onto Pokemon Colosseum, but I don't have the Gamecube to GBA cable.

So here's the question - Can I transfer the Pokemon using the Nintendo DS (Sapphire in the GBA slot) wirelessly to the Nintendo Wii (with Colosseum Gamecube game inside)?

    This is what Wikipedia says:

"With the advent of wireless technology, this method of communication has been supplanted in newer Nintendo hardware by using the built-in wireless capabilities of the Wii and Nintendo DS." However I'm not sure whether or not this means it will work or they've just updated it so DS games can connect to the Wii wirelessly.

I'm not 100% how to go about it so I wanted to see whether or not it was possible. If it is could you guys help me out?

    Thanks.

You can use the DS to connect to other games with the Wii wirelessly (e.g. PBR, Ranch), but you cannot with the Colosseum/XD games. This is because it's a GCN gam so at the time it was only made for the gcn (not the wii), and furthermore to connect with the GBA, not the DS. Sadly you'll have to look for a GBA-GCN cord (a GBA and GBA-GCN cord WILL work whether you use a GCN or Wii, at least).
