    Hi,

I'm located in Norway and I'm using a Sony Z2 andriod phone.

In the start I thought it was a coincident, but now I'm sure something is "wrong":

When I arrive to pokestops where people have used Lure Modules, absolutly no pokemons show up on my screen. I'm with people who gets alot of them, but I get zero. I've tried different pokestops, even in other countries but result is the same: 0 pokemons pops up during the time I'm around the stop. When I walk around pokemons popup on location at the same time as the others I play with, but not at pokestops.....kinda boring when they wanna sit around these stops and I can only catch when I'm out walking :(

Anyone know about this problem ?

That's very odd, I've never heard of this happening before. If other people are getting them and you aren't then it's definitely a problem with your phone so my best suggestion would be to try reinstalling the app and see if that helps, but otherwise your best bet is to contact Niantic directly unfortunately. Good luck getting this fixed!

Ty for fast answer.....I've reinstalled app, restarted phone several times and as we speak I am now updating phone with android software (missed 2-3 updates on it) to see if it works. And yes, everyone I'm with get the pokemons that arrives except me. I get 0.....but it do work when I'm walking...

I assume your guy updates on the map properly as you walk? When you're at the PokéStop in real life, is your character actually in the little circle around the stop?

Yes, was thinking my gps was out of something, so the last pokestop I did this on I made sure I was standing on it and my map in game said the same.

Sorry I'm fresh out of ideas then, I think your best bet is to contact Niantic and hope they aren't too busy to reply :(

Update: I've logged into my account on my sons iphone and its working there. So now I'm sure its my phone. I have updated with all avaible software updates, both phone and game.

    Sent ticket to Niantic too.

    Hmm, that's a bummer. Sorry. ):

Though I tend to have this problem too when I'm around a bunch of people camped out at lures waiting for Pokémon... I've come to the conclusion it's my horrible cellular network timing out when so many other people are trying to access around me. Do the people you go to these lures with have the same service as you?
