    I get that you need to go to Mt Coronet.....what i dont get is WHERE mt coronet begins.....if i level him up under the bike pass, is that mt coronet?
     
    Mt. Coronet's entrances are in Routes 211, 207 and 216. You can just enter Mt. Coronet from one of those entrances and level up Nosepass there to evolve it. Same principle applies to Magneton.
