Yes, this is finally a team without weather etc. It's just a simple team, put together by myself. I'm hoping to get a few more posts with this one, as my other threads have died quickly. (Don't know whether that is a good or bad thing... :P)

    [PokeCommunity.com] NOT A WEATHER TEAM! >_<

    Gengar@Choice Scarf
    Modest
    252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP

    Hypnosis
    Focus Blast
    Hidden Power [ICE] 70
    Shadow Ball

My Lead. Choice Scarf isn't as common as Life Orb and Choice Specs, and although the lack of power may lead you to think it hurts, it actually doesn't do that bad. Outspeeds everything, including the dreaded Scarfchomp, hence why I have HP Ice over Thunderbolt. Most Gyara expect it, and switch to Electivire, only to be killed by Shadow Ball etc. A quick Hypnosis is most important to get the team rolling.

    Spiritomb@Leftovers
    Relaxed
    124 HP, 192 Def, 198 Sp. Atk

    Hidden Power [FIGHTING] 70
    Shadow Ball
    Pain Split
    Calm Mind

OMG! Calm Mind Tomb! Run! >_> After max CM's, this can absolutely 2HKO Bliss with HP Fighting. I did originally have Dark Pulse, but Shadow Ball covers it, and HP Fighting is lovely on other threats. Pain Split heals, and provides an annoyance.

    Blissey@Leftovers
    Bold
    186 HP, 240 Def, 84 Sp. Atk
    Natural Cure

    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave/Aromatherapy
    Softboiled
    Flamethrower

Ice Beam and Flamethrower is never used, yet allows me to hit the common physical walls that are Skarm and Forry, along with Hippowdon and Donphan, while still allowing me to take chunks out of Dragons. Aromatherapy for the team, it needs it. :P

    Surf
    Baton Pass
    Wish

Sub-Passer. This can take hits like a pro from Heatran, and Sub on the switch. I can Yawn also, and get another free Sub, whichever feels appropriate at the time. Bulky Water ftw!

    Impish
    252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Atk

    Light Screen
    Gyro Ball
    Spikes / Stealth Rock
    Rapid Spin

Physical Wall and Spinner. Light Screen gives added team support, and let's me switch in and set up Tomb much easier. Unsure whether to use Spikes or SR.

    146 Atk, 188 Sp. Atk, 176 Spd

    Thunderbolt / Thunderpunch
    Flamethrower
    Cross Chop
    Hidden Power [GRASS] 70

Yayz for Mix-Vire. ;) Takes advantage of Electric attacks on Vappy. This stays in the wings until late game, where I can release it and kill stuff! Cross Chop still 2HKO's Bliss, HP Grass for Swampy, Hippo etc, with my only true problem being either T-bolt or T-Punch. Flamethrower already hits Skarm and Forry, so I'm not sure what else it would be needed for. Leaning on T-Punch, but help needed.

K, there tis! Please rate away. ;)

Spiritomb needs max HP, so you gotta give up one of the defenses.

I doubt how long Blissey will survive without reliable healing, and wish without protect isn't reliable. But if it work for you, so be it I guess.. I don't think your team really needs an aromatherapists.

Never like Cross Chop on MixVire.. Blissey can somehow outstall you with Toxic and Softboiled if you miss with Cross Chop. I'd use Focus Punch instead so she dies when using Softboiled, or to hurt switch ins hard. Ugh.. Thunderbolt over T-Punch.

Thunderbolt is far better than HP Ice. With scarf, you still lol at vire after a speed boost by using shadow ball. Same goes for Scarfchomp, with Gengars brilliant Sp.Attack and STAB, Shadow Ball should K.O it. Not to mention it's generally a better sweeping move anyways.

Looks good, but perhaps sacrifice some Sp.Def EVs for HP?

    Meh. I hate Blissey.

Although Yawn can force switches, I still prefer the idea of Wish Passing or having coverage for Vaporeon.

I think you need a completely different pokemon here. Froslass perhaps?

APvire is better even if I'm the only person that uses it >:0

No HP on spiritomb WILL come back to bite you.

Wish is silly on Blissey when you have a Vaporeon which would pull it off way better.

Honestly Wish Bliss is a bit overrated.

I use that Electivire too Anti. Don't take all the credit for it. >:[ Yawn on Vaporeon is yuck. It has better uses for its move slots.

I wasn't talking about the set he's using ;) I made a REALLY weird set no one knows about but it works hehe

Yawn on Vaporeon is yuck though. Needs more Wish IMO.

Wish Blissey can't have Aromatherapy... one is an event move, one is an egg move

True, but shoddy doesn't care and will let you use both for some reason O_o It's weird, I know.

Using illegal move sets is frowned upon on Shoddy and you should avoid doing it. I hate when people do that. >:[ I've never been a big fan of one attack on Vaporeon. Needs moar Ice Beam or Hidden Power [Electric].

Honestly I'm quite the opposite (on the Vaporeon matter).

It's not like it can really hurt much, and what it can will REALLY hurt Vaporeon back. I'm one for the STAB surf and good old Wish/BP/Substitute. Works like a charm.

Vaporeon has a Base 110 Special Attack to work with. It can do some damage when backed into a corner. But I agree it should be a Supporting Pokemon above all else.

Bolded part is pretty much my reasoning for only using one attack.

You'd be amazed at what a choice Specs Vaporeon can do to something though, it hurts a lot (and it's STAB Surf axctually does more than something from the likes of Specs Starmie). I'm surprised nobody uses that set as it's really, really good.

Ok, thanks all. Just by-the-by, what is better for my Gengar, HP Ice or Thunderbolt? Also, is that enough HP? I don't think so, but I want it to run as a clean-up sweeper, which it has done exremely well on Shoddy.

    Current Team Record:

    44 - 6

Max speed on scarf gengar o_0.....

    Try this

    Gengar@Choice Scarf
    Modest Nature
    64 HP / 252 SP.ATT / 192 SPEED
    - Hypnosis / Hidden power Ice
    - Thunderbolt
    - Focus MISS Blast
    - Shadow Ball

Choose between HP ice and Hypnosis, HP Ice is only good if you really fear dragons.

192 speed evs is recommended so Gengar will outrun Scarf Garchomp.

You really need t-bolt of Bulky waters, such as Gyarados say kthnxbai, especially that Rest-Talk Gyarados which im seeing more of on shoddy.
