For a paid host, I would go the middle route, not too expensive yet not too cheap. The cheap one may be too good to be true and the expensive is expensive. The middle isn't expensive and still true.

Kip-kip, it hurts me to see you using improper IE glow tags in your signature. Unless you were trying to make people who use IE switch because that glowing is murdering my eyes. (I'm sorry but Firefox and Windows 2000 don't mix that well! I keep having problems with XPCOM.DLL -_- Gahh....)
