Are there two or more foods that you like separately that you do not like together?
Example: For me, I like chocolate and mint by themselves, but I cannot stand the taste of choc mint together like in icecream or biscuits or something.

So any of you have any combinations like these?

Sweet and Sour Sauce... Really? Kidding I love Chinese food.

I can't stand chocolate and mint together either. I can't stand some fruity flavors and vanilla. What really gets me is those new Ritz Pretzels. I love Ritz and I love pretzels, but together is disgusting

For me, it's chocolate and cherry... never a good combination.
Maybe it's just that many things don't taste good when mixed with chocolate.. but then, so many things do.

I'm that way with a lot of foods, although recently I've been getting better. Eggs and ketchup are the one combination that I will never understand...

I really can't stand sugar and eggs together never trying that again. I also can't stand eggs with ketchup either. And beans with cheese was really disgustin'.

Ah yes, I've never understood the ketchup on eggs idea either, yet everyone else in my household does it.

I've also never been a fan of fruit in cereal, no matter what kind of fruit or cereal it is.

I actually like ketchup and eggs together.

As for the topic on hand, I like French fries and ice cream, but not both of them together.

I'm a big offender of eating eggs with ketchup. :D

Well let's see I love Nutella, but I hate putting it on anything. It just doesn't mix well with anything I've tried so I just eat it with a spoon. I also love pineapple and I don't mind pizza, but I hate pineapple pizza. They definitely should always stay apart. Another one would be fruit flavoring and chocolate. If you've ever had a chocolate orange then you should know what I'm talking about. Chocolate is amazing and fruit flavorings are nice, but it's so gross when they're mixed together. I just remembered fruit pieces and yogurt. When they're together it reminds me of throw up and I can't help gagging when I run into a giant piece of fruit in my yogurt. Separation is key. :)

    Cheese and Pretzels.
My mom made me try the combo and it was not good, I like cheese and I like pretzels, but together they're just nasty,

For all you fellow Australians out there, or for anyone who knows what Vegemite is, I heard an ad on the radio in which the combination Vegemite and avocado was praised. I like Vegemite if it's with bread, and avocado is alright as well, but together?

Add me as another person who'll never understand eggs and ketchup.

Another thing I haven't actually tried but also don't get: chocolate and chili. Seriously, it exists. o__o My mom once got a bar of it but I was too afraid to try, too boggled over how it was supposed to work.

Uhm, about a thousand things. I wouldn't want to put pizza inside of chocolate cake, for instance.

I think a better question is are there foods I like together that I don't like separately. In that case, I guess I could say the ingredients for tuna salad. I don't like tuna, I don't like mayo, I don't like onions, and I don't like dill relish by itself, but put them all together and you have the most delicious thing ever.
