Summary:
When I get a PM, the pop up text box displays nothing, I have adblocker, might be partially popup blocker. But never affected the popup box for recieved PMs in the old UI.

Steps to Reproduce:
Basically just refresh the page and have recieved a PM
Reproducibility:
Always
Expected Results:
Same thing as I described of what happens, nothing appears in the popup box
Actual Results:
Nothing appears in the box
Device Configuration:
Google Chrome, Windows 10, 64 bit
